This small cottage build was a delight from start to finish. Beginning with a small space of grass and weeds, we designed and built this cozy one bedroom cottage from the ground up. Highly energy efficient (with a power bill less than $60/month), this comfortable little house is one of our favorite builds.

One bedroom. One full bath. A full kitchen. Upstairs loft. ~650sqft. Maximum usability was a priority, with no dead spaces. Every square foot laid out and designed with efficiency and practicality in mind, all covered with the coziest and comfiest of vibes.

Colors and finish were all laid out by the client and our Lead Designer (me. I’m the Lead Designer).
