Jason is the founder of Top Shelf. With a life-time love of designing and building all manner of things, he has decades of experience in all phases of construction — from the initial design work, to sourcing quality materials, and through every phase of putting it all together. Jason has a love of many things, including writing completely truthful and 100% accurate bios of his employees.
Caleb Mott
Dr. Pepper
(Lead Carpenter)
Caleb is the offspring of a pile of sawdust and a swimming pool of Dr Pepper. With a deep attention to detail and decades of experience building and fabricating all manner of everything, he brings a deep and good-natured encyclopedia of knowledge to the team. A natural problem-solver, he is the guy that figures out how to do a lot of the nonsense Jason thinks would be neat. In his spare time he enjoys rebuilding old motorcycles, and having a constant IV drip of MORE DR. PEPPER.
